Terms & Conditions — Wisdom To Wealth

Welcome. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Wisdom To Wealth website, the WISDOM Framework self-audit application, the WISDOM Inner Circle member portal, and any related coaching, content, or services (collectively, the "Service") operated by Cal Calloway / Wisdom To Wealth LLC ("we," "us," "our"). By creating an account, paying for any tier, or otherwise using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. Who can use the Service

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a legally binding contract. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity under your account.

2. What the Service is

WISDOM is a self-audit and self-improvement tool for entrepreneurs and operators. It provides frameworks, worksheets, prompts, an AI assistant ("WISDOM Wizard"), and optional live coaching. It is not a get-rich-quick program, an employment opportunity, financial advice, legal advice, tax advice, or medical advice.

3. Membership tiers, payment, and refunds

Free: Limited access. No payment required.
WISDOM Inner Circle ($39/month): Recurring monthly subscription. Cancel anytime — cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No partial-month refunds.
Starter ($297, one-time): Lifetime app access. Because this is a digital product delivered immediately, all sales are final. We may make exceptions at our sole discretion within 7 days of purchase if you have not substantially used the material.
Private 1:1 coaching: Governed by a separate engagement agreement signed before work begins.

Prices are in US dollars and exclude any applicable taxes. We may change pricing at any time; existing subscriptions are honored at the rate you signed up at until you cancel.

4. Your content

You retain ownership of anything you type into worksheets, the WISDOM Wizard, or community spaces ("Your Content"). You grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to store, display, and process Your Content for the sole purpose of operating the Service for you (e.g., autosaving worksheets, feeding context to the WISDOM Wizard).

5. AI features

The WISDOM Wizard uses third-party large language models. AI output may be inaccurate, incomplete, or biased. Always use your own judgment before acting on anything the Wizard suggests. Do not paste sensitive personal data, banking credentials, or confidential third-party information into AI chats.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to: (a) resell, redistribute, or republish our content; (b) reverse engineer the Service; (c) use the Service to harass, defame, or defraud anyone; (d) attempt to access another member's account or data; (e) use the Service to compete with us or train a competing AI product.

7. No earnings guarantee

See our Earnings Disclaimer. Results vary. Nothing on this site is a promise of income or business success.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or use the Service in a way that creates risk for us or other members. You may close your account at any time from Settings.

9. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any defect will be corrected.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits or lost business.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Mississippi, USA, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Mississippi, and you consent to that jurisdiction.

12. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted here with a new "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Service after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
