Privacy Policy — Wisdom To Wealth

This Privacy Policy explains what information Cal Calloway / Wisdom To Wealth LLC ("we," "us") collects, why we collect it, and the choices you have. It applies to wisdomtowealth.com, the WISDOM app, and the WISDOM Inner Circle portal.

1. Information we collect

Account info: name, email, password (hashed), profile details you choose to add.
Payment info: processed by Stripe. We do not store your full card number — Stripe does. We receive a tokenized reference and your billing email.
Worksheet & Wizard content: what you type into worksheets and AI chats. Stored so your work autosaves and so the Wizard can reference your context.
Usage data: pages viewed, time spent, clicks, device type, browser, and IP address — collected via Google Analytics 4 and our own logs.
Cookies: for login sessions, preferences, and analytics. See section 6.

2. How we use your information

Provide and operate the Service (including AI features).
Process payments and send receipts.
Send transactional email (password resets, receipts, important account notices).
Send marketing email about new features, coaching offers, and Inner Circle updates — you can unsubscribe at any time.
Measure performance, debug issues, and improve the Service.
Comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms.

3. Who we share data with

We do not sell your personal information. We share limited data with vendors who help us run the Service:

Lovable Cloud / Supabase — database, authentication, file storage.
Stripe — payment processing.
Google Analytics 4 — site analytics (IP anonymization enabled where applicable).
GoHighLevel (CC360) — CRM, marketing email, and Inner Circle member portal.
Lovable AI Gateway (which routes to Google Gemini and OpenAI) — to power the WISDOM Wizard. Conversations may be processed by these providers but are not used to train their public models when routed through the gateway.
Cal.com — booking your free Clarity Call.

We may also disclose information if required by law, subpoena, or to protect our rights or the safety of others.

4. Data retention

We keep your account data while your account is active. If you close your account, we delete or anonymize personal data within 90 days, except where we must retain it for tax, accounting, or legal reasons (typically up to 7 years for financial records).

5. Your rights

Depending on where you live (e.g., California, EU/UK), you may have the right to:

Access the personal data we hold about you.
Correct inaccurate data.
Delete your data ("right to be forgotten").
Export your data in a portable format.
Opt out of marketing emails (one-click unsubscribe in every email).
Opt out of the "sale" or "sharing" of personal data — we don't sell, but you can confirm this preference.

6. Cookies & tracking

We use essential cookies (for login) and analytics cookies (Google Analytics). You can disable non-essential cookies in your browser settings. Disabling essential cookies will break login.

7. Children's privacy

The Service is not intended for anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect data from children. If you believe we have, contact us and we will delete it.

8. Security

We use industry-standard protections (HTTPS, encrypted databases, hashed passwords, role-based access). No system is 100% secure — if you suspect unauthorized access to your account, contact us immediately.

9. International users

Our servers are located in the United States. By using the Service, you consent to your data being processed in the US, which may have different privacy laws than your country.

10. Changes

We may update this Policy. Material changes will be posted here with a new "Last updated" date.
